Remote Control is an included service with the AND Phone Application Server and helps to administer
Unified
Communications systems. The Remote Control service delivers screenshots of IP phones directly to the web interface of the AND Phone Application Server.

Especially for troubleshooting and supporting IP phone users it prevents the administrator and support personal to be on-site at the user and still have exactly the same view as the user.
