Der AND Communicator wurde in Hinblick auf die Integration unterschiedlicher Kommunikationsdienste entwickelt.


Die Anbindung verschiedener Kommunikationsdienste und Integration verschiedener Protokolle ermöglicht eine umfassende Integration von Diensten. Folgende Möglichkeiten stehen zur Verfügung:
  • Kommunikation mit SIP Diensten (A)
    • Mit SIP kann der AND Communicator mit beliebigen SIP Providern kommunizieren.

  • Kommunikation mit dem AND Phone Application Server (B)
    • Der AND Phone Application Server stellt zusätzliche Dienste für den AND Communicator bereit. Dadurch steht auch eine vollständige Integration von unternehmensweiten Verzeichnissen oder Sprachaufzeichnung bereit.

  • Kommunikation mit IP PBX Systemen (C)
    • Durch die Kommunikation mit IP PBX Systemen, wie zum Beispiel dem Unified
    Communications
    Manager, kann die unternehmensweite Telefonumgebung einfach vom AND Communicator bedient werden.

  • Kommunikation mit IP Telefonen (D)
    • Der AND Communicator kann automatisch erkennen ob der Computer an einem Cisco IP Telefone angebunden ist und bindet das Telefon automatisch ein.
