Integration von Unternehmensverzeichnissen

Die Integration mit dem AND Phone Directory Modul ermöglicht den Zugriff auf Verzeichnisse und Datenbank des Unternehmens. Damit können aktuelle Zusatzinformation bei eingehenden Telefonaten angezeigt werden. Zusätzlich bietet der AND Communicator Suchfunktionen direkt am PC um parallel Daten der Unternehmensressourcen abzufragen.

Integration von Statusinformationen

Die Integration mit AND Phone Group bietet die Anzeige von Statusinformationen von anderen Teilnehmern. Damit ist sofort ersichtlich wer verfügbar ist, wer telefoniert oder ob ein Teilnehmer gerade abgemeldet ist.
