Advanced services and applications for Unified CallManager

The CallManager IP PBX offers open interfaces to extend the functionality of the CallManager and create advanced services and applications.

ANDTEK uses this open interfaces to communicate with the CallManager and IP phones to realize services which enhance the user experience and call flow of the CallManager environment.

Using JTAPI and AXL allows to communicate directly with the CallManager to modify parameters for additional services and the Cisco XML services are used to create new applications for IP phones.
